These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use of strongchoices.us ("the Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Masterful Marketing LLC. The Strong Choices Framework is an offering from Masterful Marketing LLC. This Site is an ecommerce website.
By using this Site and proceeding with purchasing a coaching registration, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site, and for the Strong Choices Framework material, is the property of Masterful Marketing LLC and the Site’s creator. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text and written content, logos, documents, downloadable files, and all elements that contribute to the makeup of the Site and the program.
While we encourage you to share the website address with your network, you may not forward templates, spreadsheets, or video links to other people. These are the proprietary, revenue-generating elements of this program. Sharing them with individuals who have not purchased the coaching offers causes harm to our business.
Disclaimer
These offers are for coaching/consulting services to better position your student to thrive in college – to increase their likelihood of success. While the pilot program for this material yielded strong and positive feedback from parents, students and educators, there are no guarantees.
The results for each student are unique to that individual. All advice and suggestions are offered to increase the likelihood of positive outcomes.
Legal Age of Clients & Customers
Masterful Marketing LLC and the Strong Choices Framework only intend to conduct business with adults over the age of 21. While this program benefits college-bound teens, the expectation is that the parent or guardian is completing the registration and making the payments.
Account information should reflect the parent’s information. We are trusting that you will share key dates, times, and login information with your teen. Use of the Site by minors should only occur because their legal guardian has requested for them to participate, using the adult’s login information.
Refunds
For the 90-Min Sessions, if you cannot attend, cancel your ticket order on the EventBrite.com platform. That is where your purchase was processed. Cancellations must be 48+ hours prior to the scheduled session. You will receive a full refund. If less than 48 hours, contact strongchoices.us. A link of the recorded session will be emailed to you after it is completed. The recording will be available for 2 days.
For the Accelerator Coaching, you and your student are receiving such personalized service, that we will make sure all of your questions are addressed and your needs are met. If after the first session, you are not pleased with the progress, you will receive a full refund. No refunds are available after the first session.
Accounts
Only your submitted name, email, and phone number are stored in the customer relationship management tool hosted on the Kajabi.com platform and managed by Masterful Marketing LLC.
Payment processing will occur on reputable third-party platforms:

Eventbrite.com for the 90-Minute Group Coaching

Kajabi.com for the Accelerator Coaching program
Any accounts required will be part of the payment process on their platform. The Accelerator Coaching offering will require weekly account access for live video sessions and homework reminders.
When you create an account, you agree:
a. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your login and password details associated with your account; and
b. All personal information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date — and you will update your information when it changes.
Third-Party Goods and Services
From time to time, this Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of those goods and offers.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website linked to this Site. It is your responsibility to review their terms and conditions.
Indemnity and Limitations of Liability
