We Help College-Bound Teens Thrive In College
By Completing Our Framework, You Shift From Overwhelmed To Empowered As Your Student Chooses Their College Major and Short List of College Options
Work With Us
As parents or guardians of college-bound teens, we know you are doing your best to prepare your students for college, and to stretch those college fund dollars.
Choosing a college major and applying to colleges is part of the larger application process, and can be confusing. The entire process leaves both parents and students feeling overwhelmed. This confusion shouldn’t impact a student’s chance for success after college.
The Strong Choices Framework can help.

Our framework makes the college major and college selection process easier.
We created a 3-Phase Framework, including critical thinking templates and a customized spreadsheet to walk the parent and student through key decision milestones.
In the coaching session, you will receive:
Self-Assessment
(multiple tools to identify strengths within the context of interests)
College Major Framework
(a critical thinking template to generate potential career paths and a process to narrow options)
Areas of Specialization
(considers skill sets valued in the fast-changing job market)
College Selection Spreadsheet
(rank college options or scholarship offers, including a customized section for the student to include their unique needs to thrive)
Completing these 3 phases enables the student to start college with a plan for their coursework and their future. A plan allows them to avoid unnecessary semesters and save TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars.

Hi, I'm Sheniqua Little, Ph.D.
I created the Strong Choices Framework after helping a friend and their high school student think through the college major selection process. The information was so valuable that they encouraged me to offer this as a service.
As I talked to other parents and researched existing tools, I realized that I could help in a few ways that the other tools did not:
- I created one program that offers 3 key aspects in one place – Self-Assessment, College Major Selection Template and College Selection Ranking Sheet. Most existing tools only address one aspect for the student, not all three.
- As a Marketing Executive for 20+ years, I participated in recruitment teams for several large companies. I have reviewed hundreds of new college grad resumes and know what employers seek. Beyond simply getting accepted to colleges, this framework has a comprehensive view of the student enjoying their major, thriving at their chosen college, and positioning themselves for being hired after graduating college.
- My Ph.D. equips me to create frameworks and processes to simplify the complex. Many college major tools simply ask lofty questions about a student's interest. I created a template to walk parents and students through the critical thinking milestones from identifying strengths and interests to ultimately identifying a few well-suited college majors. The process within the template helps students filter choices and arrive at specific answers.
- Lastly this framework is tailored to each specific student. That’s why this is a coaching session, even the 90-Min sessions. It allows me to hear students’ unique responses or questions to support how they navigate the process of college majors and colleges to consider for their specific interests, abilities and needs.
